The FIA has confirmed a revised schedule for the sprint qualifying session at the Singapore Grand Prix after proceedings faced disruptions due to a timing system failure. The governing body was forced to adjust the timetable because technical issues prevented certain lap times from being accurately registered.

Despite the initial setbacks and timing glitches, officials thoroughly investigated the issue and eventually confirmed that all recorded lap times were correct and the system was fully operational. SQ2 was subsequently rescheduled to begin at 22:11 local time in Singapore.
Earlier in the session, SQ1 saw the elimination of drivers including Arvid Lindblad, Lance Stroll, Alexander Albon, Sergio Perez, Valtteri Bottas, and Carlos Sainz as the competitive action unfolded under challenging conditions.
