Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

We respect your privacy. On RACINGWALL we use cookies and third-party services for analytics, website improvement, and showing relevant content.

1. Who is the site operator

The RACINGWALL website is administered by an independent team/individual without separate corporate registration as of the last update date of this policy. For all questions regarding the processing of personal data, please contact contact@racingwall.com.

2. What data we collect

We may collect technical information about the device, browser, IP address, referral source, pages viewed, session duration, and interactions with the website. This information is general and is not used to directly identify you.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process technical data from Section 2 based on legitimate interest — ensuring stable and secure operation of the website. We use advertising and personalized cookies solely based on your explicit consent provided via the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Use of cookies

We use essential cookies for stable operation of the website. Analytics (Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) work without setting cookie files and collect anonymized aggregated performance data regardless of your choice. Advertising cookies (Google AdSense) are enabled only after your explicit consent. You can change your choice in the cookie banner, as well as restrict or disable cookies entirely in your browser settings.

5. Third-party services, advertising, and international data transfer

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for general performance analytics. We also partner with Google AdSense to display ads. After granting consent for advertising cookies, Google and its partners may personalize ads for you based on visits to this and other sites.

These third-party services (Google, Vercel) may process and store data on servers outside of Ukraine, notably in the EU and USA, according to their own privacy policies and applicable international transfer mechanisms (including EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

You can manage Google ad personalization in Google Ad Settings, and opt out of cookies from other ad networks via aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu (for EU users).

6. Google Sign-In

To sign in, you may use the "Sign in with Google" button. We only request basic profile data from Google: email address, name, and profile photo (openid, email, profile scopes).

This data is used exclusively to create and authenticate your RACINGWALL account. We do not access your emails, contacts, Google Drive files, or any other Google services, and we do not disclose this data to third parties, except as required by law.

You can revoke RACINGWALL access to your Google account at any time via Google Security Settings, and request deletion of your account and associated data on RACINGWALL by writing to contact@racingwall.com.

7. Data retention period

Technical data from Section 2 is retained no longer than necessary for analytics and security purposes. Your cookie consent data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) until cleared or revoked through the cookie banner.

8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable legislation, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable;
  • restrict the processing of your data;
  • object to processing, including for personalized advertising purposes;
  • withdraw granted consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal;
  • data portability, where technically feasible;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Ukraine — with the Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, in the EU — with your local Data Protection Authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@racingwall.com.

9. Children

The website is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with their data, please inform us at contact@racingwall.com, and we will delete such information.

10. Contacts

If you have questions regarding this policy, please write to us at: contact@racingwall.com
