Racing Bulls CEO Peter Bayer has stated that the Racing Bulls team is in no rush to make a definitive decision regarding its driver lineup for the 2027 Formula 1 season, enjoying a privileged position with three fantastic drivers for two seats.
Arvid Lindblad
Bayer praised both Liam Lawson and rookie Arvid Lindblad for doing a fantastic job, regularly scoring points and lifting the team to fifth place in the constructors' championship. Liam Lawson has consistently shown great speed in both qualifying sessions and grands prix.
Nikola Tsolov
Meanwhile, Formula 2 championship leader Nikola Tsolov is knocking firmly on the door as a strong prospect within the Red Bull young driver pool. The team expects to give him free practice outings once he completes his testing requirements, with a reserve role looking likely for next year.
Despite having multiple strong options, the most probable outcome remains that Racing Bulls will retain Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad as their driver pairing for 2027.
Currently, Racing Bulls sits in 5 position of the constructors' championship with 90 points.
