October in Singapore means the floodlights are being illuminated at Marina Bay for Formula 1, and this year the city is pushing hard to give fans an unforgettable experience. While the race weekend begins on Friday, October 9, the festivities kick off much sooner.
Lewis Hamilton and Oliver Bearman
Drivers will meet fans across Orchard Road, Clarke Quay, and Sentosa, alongside numerous pop-ups and parties. For the first time in the history of the Singapore Grand Prix, it's a sprint weekend, featuring just one practice session on Friday before sprint qualifying, a sprint race and grand prix qualifying on Saturday, and the main race on Sunday.
The complete on-track schedule features Free Practice 1 on Friday at 16:30, Sprint Qualifying at 20:30, the Sprint Race on Saturday at 17:00, Grand Prix Qualifying at 21:00, and the Grand Prix on Sunday at 20:00 local time.
Pop-ups and Activations
Driver appearances are spread across the city. On October 6, Alexander Albon and Oliver Bearman hold pop-up appearances. On October 7, Oscar Piastri joins Zak Brown at Marina Bay Sands, Charles Leclerc visits Ray-Ban, and Lando Norris heads to Puma VivoCity. Fernando Alonso appears at the Aston Martin pop-up, while Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad join Williams and Racing Bulls related events. Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto represent Audi at Funan.
On October 8, George Russell and Kimi Antonelli visit the Adidas Brand Centre, while Sergio Perez and Zhou Guanyu appear at Cadillac's activation. City-wide activations include +44 Marina Spaceport and various high-end parties like the Amber Lounge afterparty and Cé La Vi events, welcoming massive crowds after last year's 300,000-plus attendance.
