The car was first sent to Maranello, where expert engineers and mechanics at the factory worked for weeks to bring her back to life. Lewis Hamilton expressed his immense gratitude to everyone involved in the project, calling it a dream come true.
"What was also crazy is when they were taking the car apart to check it, firstly it’s stood the test of time so everything was still working. Hardly anything had to be changed," Lewis Hamilton added.
The Ferrari driver also hinted at a behind-the-scenes look at the restoration process, which will likely be shared on his YouTube channel. "I can’t wait to share more with you all. Stay tuned..." he teased.
In the current championship standings, Mercedes-AMG Petronas driver Lewis Hamilton sits in 3rd position with 214 points.
